A group of lawyers under the aegis of De Rauf Volunteer Group
yesterday called for the release of Daniel Oikhena, stowaway boy,
currently being detained by the Department of State Security
Service (SSS).
Oikhena was arrested in Lagos for travelling inside the wheel
compartment of an Arik Air plane from the Benin Airport.
The coordinator of the group, Mr Amitolu Shittu, however, told
newsmen in Benin that the group was ready to secure the release
of the boy from detention.
He said the group led by Mr Yinka Muyiwa would tomorrow meet
with the SSS to secure his release……..
What happened to the scholarship ???
