Description
A Knowledge Base and Training Modules for GHR staff
A review of the work flows and recommendations on process improvements and efficiency increase.
A review of the communication templates with the objective to standardize and enhance the quality of communication to staff.
Analysis of GHR Statistics and Volume projection. Recommendations on work distribution and resources distribution.
Quality control framework to mitigate the GHR financial and reputational risks.
Analysis of client service requests. Recommendations on areas of improvement and best practices
The JPO will also support the Coordinator with ad hoc projects and requests emerging form the HR Division and the GSC management team
Qualifications
Advanced university degree in human resources, business administration, or other relevant social science.
